About Us
Many customers like to know about the company and people behind the products they buy. Here we will tell you a little
about ourselves and our company.

Trish
Trish is the founding force behind Scrappin' Good Times. Like many of
you, she visited every scrapbook store she found out about. Her vision was to take the best of what a scrapbook store could
offer, and leave behind all the little annoyances that could bring down a shopping experience. The store is well lit, with
a friendly, helpful staff and we've been told has a warm inviting atmosphere.
Trish, together with her mom Vivina have been scrapbooking for twenty
years, back in those days they used construction paper, magazine clippings and rubber cement. Acid free??? what's
that? They didn't have a name for what they were doing, but they enjoyed doing it.
Trish is always on the hunt for new and exciting products. New products arrive
all the time. Make sure you stop by often, even if you just need a sheet of paper. You just might find that perfect item
you never knew you needed.

I was a tole painter for 14 years and absolutely loved it. So, when my daughter,
Tricia, asked me if I wanted to scrapbook (the correct way) with her, I immediately said no. She asked several times,
but my reply was always the same. This changed in January 1999 after I attended a Creative Memories class...I was totally
hooked! After that date, Tricia and I practically lived in scrapbook stores. We attended all the classed that
were offered and subscribed to every scrapbooking magazine in print. We were totally obsessed with scrapbooking and
spent all our free time creating beautiful layouts. We were having so much fun!!
Five years later, Tricia approached me with a wild and crazy idea...let's open
our own scrapbook store. Again, I immediately said no. I was sure she had gone nuts and had lost all her marbles,
but she was persistent and kept asking and asking. My husband, Arturo, and I finally gave in and said yes. What
an adventure it has been! Our lives have completely changed and we have met so many wonderful people.
My scrapbook style changes from month to month, depending on the products arriving
at the store. I love trying out all the fun new products and learning new techniques. I recently started using distress
inks on my layouts and I am very pleased with this new look. I also love sewing on my layouts...my old Singer came out
of the closet and now sits in my scrapbook room. During the last few months I began experimenting with Photoshop Elements
and have restored some really old photos. The results are amazing!
Scrapbooking is such a rewarding and fulfilling hobby. I love being able
to creatively express myself and to preserve special family memories. It gives me such a sense of accomplishment.

Scrapbooking became a passion for me
about 10 years ago and I have loved it ever since. I have been a Good Time Girl for 2 ½ years now and love
love LOVE being part of this great family. SGT is home away from
home and there is wonderful sense of camaraderie between all of us.
I am married to
a wonderful man named Ronnie and we have one active 14 year old son, Tyler. They are both my inspiration
for scrapbooking. Every year when baseball season rolls around the corner, you can always spot me on the
ground with my camera to get the best action shot. I give each of my son’s coaches an album of “the
season in review”. I fill it with pictures of all of the boys. It is a lot of
work but well worth it. It also helps that my husband was always the recipient of one of those albums,
too. I still love to look back at every one of those albums.
There are so many things that I love
about scrapbooking. I love the way the industry keeps changing and growing. There
are so many great products out there, but the tools keep getting better and better. My favorites are still
all of my Quickutz tools. There is great simplicity in the original squeeze tool, the ability to use larger
dies with the Revolution and the overall versatility of the new Silhouette.
I also love the feeling I get when
I complete a page for myself, but it’s almost a greater feeling when I give a scrapbook as a gift to others.
I know that I put a lot of love in that gift. Scrapbooks tell an amazing story.
Memories are so important and the best way that we can pass on our memories to others is to put them in a scrapbook.

Barbara –
My daughter actually started scrapbooking before I did,
but once I was introduced to this great hobby, I fell hook, line and sinker. I
love working here at SGT. At the beginning of this year, I started teaching
the Quickutz Anonymous classes with Krista. What a wonderful experience that
has been. I’ve made many new friends not only with my fellow employees
and design team members, but also the wonderful customers that come to the store and those that take classes. It’s great to see friendships forming among the ladies that attend crops and classes. You’ll also find me at the store’s monthly 12-hour crops.
Now that’s addicted! In my “other” job, I’m
a court reporter, a very stressful profession. Scrapbooking really helps me unwind
and be creative.
I’m a single mom, and my beautiful daughter, Devon,
attends high school at Bonita in La Verne. She also works
here at the store part-time. Since she was hanging around so much, Trish decided
she might as well put her to work! Between her karate and participation in the
high school band, she gives me plenty of photo opportunities for lots of great pages.
I hope she and I will be scrappin’ together for a long time, like all of the other mothers and daughters that
I see here at the store together.
I look forward to meeting you!

I started scrapping
in 2001 after several years of collecting cute products that sat and gathered dust. One day some friends and I decided to
stop collecting and start scrapping and I haven’t stopped since.
I live in Covina and have been married for over twenty five years (my how time flies!) I have two lovely children
that are growing up way too fast. My favorite subjects to scrap are my family. Scrapbooking really helps me to relax and unwind.
There is something therapeutic about creating a layout from special photos that tells a story and captures a moment in time.
I love being able to hold those memories in an album the whole family can enjoy.
I joined the design team here in Spring of 2006 and I’m so honored to be part of the SGT family. This is a wonderful
place to be! My Blog

Judy Powers
Hi! My name is Judy Powers and
I am a scrapoholic. (Hi Judy) I am the proud mother of five and the grandmother of almost six! During the day, I
am a middle school counselor and at night & weekends, I am a scrap addict. I have always loved crafts and photography-
Scrapbooking is the ultimate blend of my favorite pastimes. I actually created my first scrapbook over 40 years ago... before
it was even popular.
My
family is very tolerant of my continuous want to take pictures of every event and know the “drill”. Working at
Scrappin' Good Times is like Disneyland
for a kid…the employees and the customers are so friendly- It’s the BEST!

I have been married to my husband and best friend, Jerry, for 19 years. We have two children,
Jamie age 17, and Jerry age 14. I have been addicted to scrapbooking and buying scrapbooking supplies for fourteen years now.
Imagine my collection! If it's new I have to have it! I love taking pictures, being creative, and sharing my creativity with
others. Most of all I love preserving my family's memories.
Life is special...scrapbook it!!

PJ
My name is PJ Bartholomay. (Patricia Joyce if you want to know my real name.) I have been a stay at home mommy for
what seems like forever. Why pay people to watch my kids when I'm perfectly capable. I have been married to my best friend,
Tod for the past 5 years now and we have two daughters Kylie 5, Kayla 3 and a 1 and half year old son named Kaden. (3rd time
was a charm!)
If you had met six years ago you would have never guessed that this is something that I would be into. Getting pregnant
with my first child changed everything for me. I had wandered into a scrapbook store near my work during my lunch break
and I have been hooked ever since. I couldn’t wait for her to be born so I could start scrapbooking. I thought
this was the perfect way to preserve my most treasured memories.
I have come along way since I have first started. In the beginning it was about all about cheesy stickers, die frames and
sticking it on a piece of paper. Now it’s all about Quickutz dies, Hambly Screen Print transparencies and rub-ons, cat’s
eye inking, Foo-fa-la buttons, bazzil cardstock, and beautiful designer papers like Fancy Pants and Urban Lily. Scrapbooking
is truly an addiction. You can never have too many papers or embellishments My mantra is “She who dies with the most
supplies wins!”

Devon
Hi. My name is Devon, and I'm 16 years old. I am the youngest employee here at SGT. I started scrappin'
a few years ago. I got my mom, Barbara, hooked, and now she scraps enough for the both of us. I attend Bonita High
School in La Verne, and I will be a junior starting this year. I play the flute in the marching band, and I'm also a
black belt. I help teach classes at the karate studio down the way. I work here part time to earn money for college and to
buy a car. I love working here!!

| Valeree |
Valeree Where do I begin? I started scrapbooking in 1998 when my daughter was
8 years old. I have always been creative, whether it be from planning a party or just decorating my home. But, when I was
introduced to Creative Memories, it kind of took off from there. After selling my own business of 4 1/2 years, I never thought
I would be able to do what I love and be able to work from home. Working here gives me great inspiration and keeps me up to
date on the latest and greatest. I've been with Scrappin Good Times for 1 1/2 years and hope to retire from here. So, if you're
ever in the store, please do not hesitate to introduce yourself to me and hopefully I will be able to assist you.
God
Bless.

Kristin Hayne
My name is
Kristin Hayne and I am addicted to scrapbooking. I started seriously scrapping in August of 2004.
I enjoy all sorts of styles and I am pretty sure that there is very little I can live without! I am addicted to ribbon,
buttons and brads.... and chipboard and glitter.... and well... you get the point. I have been fortunate to be part
of the Scrappin' Good Times Design Team before and look forward to creating with these wonderful ladies again! I am
a stay at home mom to two crazy, fun boys and I work part time as an ultrasound technologist.
My work has been published in Creating Keepsakes and I am part of the wonderful
Design Team at Queen & Co. I look forward to seeing you all in the store and hope to help provide inspiration through
my layouts. Hope to see you all soon!

| Lizett |
Lizett I have been scrapbooking for about 5 years now. The addiction started when I needed a
hobby to keep me busy during down time at work, yes I'm the lucky one that gets to scrap at work it's one of the few luxuries
of a call center job. I have worked at SGT for a little over one year now, and I love it more and more each day. I love spending
as much time as I can here, it seems hard at times since I work full time and I am a full time student, but scrapbooking is
my form of relaxation. I am not married and I have no children, so you may wonder what do I scrap? Well I have 3 adorable
little sisters and lots of friends so those scrapping subjects will keep me busy for a while. I love being a good time girl and
hope to be here for many more years to come. I look forward to meeting many new people, so come by and visit, I can guarantee
you will LOVE it!

If you are reading this, you probably have been or are about to become “bit” by the scrapbooking bug. I
was bit 8 years ago just before my son was born. Hi, I’m Pamela Densmore, wife and mother of two. My therapist
and family “encouraged” me to get a hobby. I was working long days in a successful career, I had no desire
for children, and was “obsessive/compulsive” about my life. Well, after taking their advise, I now have no
job, two kids, and am still obsessive/compulsive; only now about scrapbooking. What a thrill it is to be on the design
team at SGT creating wonderful pages about the true loves of my life: my husband of 16 years and my two adorable kids,
Austin and Savannah, Heidi Grace, Karen Foster, Basic Grey, Doodle Bug, so on and so on.
Happy Shopping. My Blog

For as long as I can remember I have been addicted to paper and paper crafts. I could spend half a day in a paper
store and not even realize it! I love to make mini scrapbooks for my friends or if one of my kids attends a party I have been
known to bring my camera and send the host a small scrapbook of the event!
My style of scrapbooking keeps evolving. I started with the simple pages of Creative Memories, worked into colorblocking,
and now I like the “more is more” pages. But I always try to include a momento on each page and journal as much
as possible!
I am excited to part of this wonderful group of talented women at Scrapping Good Times. I currently teach classes to
scrapbookers age 7 on up which includes the beginners!

I have only been working at Scrappin' Good Times for about two months now and lovin' every minute of it. I orginally
got into scrapbooking a few years ago doing cards for special occasions with my mom. I started taking some classes here
and there at Scrappin' Good Times and have been addicted ever since. I originally worked at a Middle School throughout
the year and since summer was closely approaching I was in need of a summer job. And it just so happened that Scrappin
was in need of a new Good Time Girl.

I came to scrapbooking about 8 years ago after working for years in other crafts. When I found how well it combined
with being a professional photographer, illustrator, and graphic designer, it was an instant fit. I found that each of my
talents complimented each other. With encouragement from my husband I now see that all of my interests can work together to
create amazing pieces of art. I encourage everyone to give your creativity an outlet and always be willing to try something
new.

Card Making and Scrapbooking are both a PASSION for me. When I want to escape
from the craziness of Real Life, this is where I go. A lot of my creativity comes in the wee hours of the morning when all
is quiet on the Homefront. My favorite Scrapbook Store is Scrappin' Good Times, and my favorite Scrapbook subjects are
my husband (Ron), two daughters (Danielle and Jessica) and two dogs (Summer and Daisy). LIFE IS GOOD WHEN THERE IS TIME TO
SCRAPBOOK! My Blog

Believe
it or not, I fell in love with scrapbooking after it was introduced to me in 1996 by my sorority (Kappa Delta – Cal
Poly Pomona). Hard to believe I can actually say I have been involved in this hobby for 11 years. Truthfully though, it’s
only been in the past few years, that I have become obsessed with it! Seriously... I can’t go for 20 minutes without
thinking of something scrapbook related. Unless I am watching my FAVORITE show Grey’s Anatomy! Oh my gosh, please tell
me McDreamy and Meredith make it!!!!!! But I digress...
I have a
WONDERFUL husband who supports my hobby and who tries his absolute best
to be enthusiastic about all my fun purchases and the various projects I complete. I am also a very proud mother of one cute
little 1 ½ year old girl, Hannah. You’ve probably seen her in my work or had the pleasure of watching her ZIP past you
at the store. She’s a girl on a mission when she gets to Scrappin Good Times. And that mission is to get herself into
the always gorgeous window display, to mess up Tina’s showcase, to dump out all of the metal buckles, OR to find her
best friend Vivina. I am also fortunate enough to have a great set up with my dad’s architectural firm as their part
time office manager. And when I am not being wife, mother, or employee, my spare time goes to this wonderful hobby of ours.
My favorite
things to scrap are my beautiful daughter and family. I can no longer give a gift without a hand made card. I think it would
be some sort of scrapbooking sin. It is now expected of me to make a baby album for any of my friend’s baby shower gift.
Why did I get into this hobby again? Oh yeah, because it is so freaking awesome. The wide array of product, the anticipation
of new lines being released, the inspiration, and of course going to SGT. I love it all!
The tools
I use most when doing a project are my QuicKutz hand tool and dies, my ColorBox chalk inks (fav color – Creamy Brown),
my sewing machine, paper trimmer, Crop-a-dile with the We Are Memory Keepers eyelets, Scotch Quick-Dry Adhesive, and pop dots.
Stick me on an island with those tools and some ribbon and paper and I am all good.
Having the
opportunity to be on the design team at SGT is such an HONOR. Not only
is it a compliment to me, but it pushes me to do more and try new things as well as meet so many fantastic people. The people
at SGT are truly a second family for me. I love them all. I am so EXCITED
and GRATEFUL for this experience.
